I've been looking for a particular item for ever, now I finally find it but it's SOLD OUT. Will you get anymore in Stock?

MAYBE. Once an item is gone, it is sometimes OUT OF STOCK for good.
You need to act quickly to get these incredible deals. However, make

Do you accept returns?

No we do not. Make sure you purchase with a purpose! We are a small
retail one or two in stock item retail store - we cannot accept returns.
You can always save it for a gift for someone else if you've changed
your mind. If there is a problem with your order, let us know ASAP so
that we can make things right. We'll make sure you receive a replacement
or exchange if the item is received damaged. If item is out of stock
and it is damaged you will get a store credit.

 

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover . All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.

 

Is this website secure for my credit cards?

We wouldn't have it any other way. PKP Decor uses a secure online
server, and you can be assured of this through the (s) after our http in
the address.

 

Do you offer discount codes?

No. We work hard to ensure we are offering the lowest price we are
able. Sometimes the price will increase due to shipping and material
fees, but we try to keep those to a minimum when at all possible.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer support team. If you can, send us photos of the damaged item. We will do our best to help.

 

Hey, I still have items in my shopping cart, and now your site says they are sold out! Will I still be able to get them?

Unfortunately No. Having an item in your shopping cart does not hold
it for you, and the item cannot be confirmed until you have completed
the checkout process. Sorry! 

 

Can I cancel an order?

Sure... As long as you cancel it before it enters the picking stage,
at which point it's almost impossible to locate before it leaves our
warehouse. 

 

Where do you ship?

At this time we can only ship to the Contiguous United States (we no
longer ship to HI, AK, APO/FPO or Canada - sorry!). We try our best to
reach each and everyone of you no matter where you are. It is a little
bit more difficult though logistically. 

 

Why does it take 15 business days to ship?

To get you the best quality and price, we work with a variety of
vendors and don’t always have items in stock in our own physical
warehouse. In those instances, the selected product has to be processed
through an outside vendor before we can ship it to you.

 

Why can't I return something I don't like?

Because we are a "deal of the day" site, we cannot accept returns.
Our inventory is fluid and we do not always have a physical inventory to
return your item to. However, if there is a problem with your order,
let us know ASAP so that we can make things right.
